- January 1965: Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Enterprise, the forerunner of the company was established, belonging to Quang Ninh Architecture Company, headquarter in Hong Phong, Dong Trieu, Quang Ninh.
- June 21, 1971: Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Enterprise belonged to the Ministry of Architecture, targeted capacity of manufacturing at 7,000,000 units brick per year and capacity of roof tile at 800,000 per year.
- October 25, 1972: The factory installed 4 machines and 8 container-brick drying tunnel system.
- 1974: The Factory transformed to Dong Trieu Ceramic Company belonging to Construction Brick and Tile Company (Glass and Ceramic Corporation), under the control of the Ministry of Construction.
- July 1, 1980: Dong Trieu Brick and Tile factory was separated, being independent accouting entity.
- March 24, 1993: Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Factory was established.
- January 2, 1996: Renamed as Dong Trieu Ceramic Company.
- January 14, 2004: Transformed into Viglacera Dong Trieu Joint Stock Company.
- December 25, 2006: The company's stock was listed on HaSTC.
- December 2008: Charter capital was increased to VND20 billion.
- April 10, 2013: Traded on the UPCOM market.
- September 08, 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND100 billion.
- October 29, 2021: Cancelled the transaction registration on the UPCOM market;
- November 16, 2021: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
