- 24 March 1990: Dap Cau Sheet Glass Factory was established under the Decision No.079A/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 30 July 1994: Renamed as Dap Cau Sheet Glass Company under Building Glass and Ceramics Corporation (now Viglacera Corporation) under the Decision No.485/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 2005:  Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched;

- 03 February 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company under the name as Dap Cau Sheet Glass Company with a charter capital of VND20 billion;

- 2007: Renamed as Viglacera DapCau Sheet Glass Joint Stock Company with its charter capital up to VND50 billion;

- 31 July 2007: Became a public company;

- 25 January 2008: Charter capital was increased to VND80 billion;

- 11 August 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;

- 05 October 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND300 billion;
