- 24 February 2012: DakLak Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND500 billion under the business registration certificate No.60012717192012 issued by Dak Lak Department of Planning and Investment;

- April 2012: Rubber Latex Processing Factory was constructed and put into operation in Laos with a capacity of 10,000 tons per year;

- 05 July 2012: Took over DakLak Rubber Limited Company (DAKLAORUCO) headquartered in Laos from its parrent company - DAKRUCO;

- 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND732 billion;

- 30 December 2016: Became a public company;

- 23 May 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
