- 2003: PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company (PVFCCo) was established
- 2004: Took over the Phu My Fertilizer Plant from Technip - Samsung Consortium
- 2007: remaned as PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company
- November 05, 2007: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with a charter capital of VND 3,800 billion
- 2008: Transformed into PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation
- 2010: Launched CO2 recover system succesfully increasing urea capacity to 800,000 tonnes/year
- 2013: Phu My Fertilizer Plant reached total amount of 7 million tonnes.
