- 1978: Kien An Pharmaceutical Enterprise was renamed as Hai Phong Pharmaceutical Company;

- 1984: Hai Phong Pharmaceutical Union Enterprise was established from merging Hai Phong Pharmaceutical Company and Pharmaceutical Enterprise;

- 2005: Equitized and operated as a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND6.85 billion;

- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND9.99 billion;

- 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND15 billion;

- 18 December 2008: Became a public company;

- 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND20 billion;

- 2011: Increased the charter capital to VND30 billion;

- 20 Januaryt 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
