- Formerly known as Reception Department, which is located in Vung Tau to receive guests of Provincial People Committee.
- June 01, 1976: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.121/QD-UBT on establishing Dong Nai Tourist Company.
- May 1979: Vung Tau townlet was splitted from Dong Nai province to establish Vung Tau Con Dao Special Economic Zone. The Company transferred its facilities to Vung Tau Con Dao special economic zone and moved to No.105, National Highway No.1, Quyet Thang ward, Bien Hoa city.
- November 1991: Chau Thanh, Long Dat and Xuyen Moc districts were splitted from Dong Nai province and then combined with Vung Tau to establish Ba Ria Vung Tau province. The Company transferred Long Hai tourist facilities to Ba Ria Vung Tau province.
- June 01, 1992: Dong Nai Hotel and Restaurant Company was merged into Dong Nai Tourist Company;
- September 25, 1992: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1231/QD-UBT on re-establishing Dong Nai Tourist Company;
- September 20, 2005: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3238/QD-UBND on approving the plan of transforming Dong Nai Tourist Company into Dong Nai Tourist Joint Stock Company.
- December 15, 2005: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Securities Trading Center (Now Hochiminh Stock Exchange) at average winning bid of VND10,727 per share.
- December 17, 2006: Officially transformed into Dong Nai Tourist Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND64.3 billion under the business registration certificate No.4703000307 issued for the first time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment.
- August 20, 2007: Became a public company.
- August 07, 2014: Became a non-public company under the Document No.4509/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
- May 26, 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND74,596,750,000.
- October 09, 2019: Became a public company under the Document No.6089/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
