- 21 May 2001: Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Plant was established through merging of Da Nhim - Song Pha Hydro Power Plant and Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Plant;

- 30 March 2005: Ministry of Industry (now Ministry of Industry and Trade) issued the Decision No.18/2005/QD-BCN on transforming Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Plant into Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Company;

- 03 April 2007: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.384/QD-TTG on the equitization of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Company;

- 07 October 2011: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND4,248 billion under the business registration certificate No.5800452036 issued by Lam Dong Department of Planning and Investment;

- 17 April 2014: Vietnam Electricity (EVN) issued the resolution No.210/NQ-HDTV on approval of decrease in the charter capital of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydro Power Joint Stock Company after the actual corporate value was determined;

- 27 July 2016: Charter capital was decreased to VND4,224 billion;

- 20 March 2017: Became a public company;

- 19 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
