- 27 December 1996: Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Company was established with a charter capital of VND7,579,443,803 through merging of Dong Nai Sand Exploiting Enterprise, Vinh An Building Materials Production Enterprise and Long Thanh Construction and Building Materials Company under the Decision No.6157/QD-UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;
