- 1990: Established Corporation Vietnam Travel and Tourism Company of Quang Nam - Da Nang is a member of the corporation.
- 1993: Branch of Vietnam Tourism Company in Da Nang into Vietnam Tourism Company in Da Nang and Quang Nam Tourism Company - was established back in Da Nang.
- 1999: Merged Tourism Company of Quang Nam - Da Nang in Vietnam Tourism Company in Da Nang.
- 2007: Joint Stock Company established in Vietnam Tourism Vitours.
- 2008: official company operating under joint-stock company model.
- 2010: Shares of companies traded on the official UPCoM. |
