- 23 December 2003: Dong Anh Bicycle Parts Company was merged Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Company under the Decision No.7862/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 11 July 2005: Renamed as Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel One-Member State-owned Limited Company under the Decision No.98 issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 01 July 2009: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.3267/QD-UB on transforming Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel One-Member State-owned Limited Company into Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Joint Stock Company;

- 27 August 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 60 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100100696 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 03 August 2012: Became a public company;

- 12 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
