- 20 October 1992: Renamed as Ha Noi Cadastral Survey Company under the Decision No.2522/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 24 January 1998: Renamed as Ha Noi Cadastral Company under the Decision No.456/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 28 June 2006: Transformed into Ha Noi Cadastral State-owned One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.110/2006/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 25 July 2011: Transformed into Ha Noi Cadastral One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.3453/QD-UBND issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 29 September 2015: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.4879/QD-UBND on transforming Ha Noi Cadastral One-Member Limited Company into Ha Noi Cadastral Joint Stock Company;

- 19 November 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND28.8 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100102446 issued for the third time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 04 October 2017: Became a public company;

- 23 April 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;
