- 1983: Formerly known as Danang Equipment and Spare Parts Company - a member of Vietnam National Machinery Import-Export Corporation (MACHINOIMPORT) under administration of Vietnam Ministry of Trade was established;

- 2006: Equitized and transformed into Danang Equipment and Spare Parts Joint Stock Company with an intial charter captital iof VND26 billion;

- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND 41 billion.

- 2013: Renamed as Danang Petroleum Machinery - Technology Joint Stock Company;

- September 25, 2014: Traded on the UPCOM market.

- 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND42 billion.
