- April 23, 1982: Materials & Technical Construction Import and Export Company (Constrexim) was established under the Decision No.630/BXD - TCCB issued by Ministry of Construction;
- April 18, 2002: Restructuring Materials & Technical Construction Import and Export Company to become a parent company under the pilot model of parent company - subsidiary under the Decision No.11/2002/BXD issue by Ministry of Construction;
- November 21, 2006: The Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.1587/QD-BXD on approving the plan of equitizing Vietnam Investment Construction and Import Export Company;
- April 13, 2007: The Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.565/QD-BXD on adjusting the plan of equitizing and transforming Vietnam Investment Construction and Import Export Company into Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation;
- December 12, 2007: Renamed as Vietnam Investment Construction And Trading Joint Stock Corporation(Constrexim Holdings);
- March 30, 2012: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- May 24, 2012: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- September 27, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND798,07 billion.
