- August 10, 1977: Railways Project 3 Company under General Department of Railways (Now Vietnam Railways Corporation) was established under the Decision No.1125 TC/QD issued by Ministry of Transport;

- May 27, 1993: Railways Project 3 State-owned Company was established under the Decision No.1024/QD/TCCB-LD issued by Ministry of Transport;

- December 31, 2003: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.4036/QD-BGTVT on transforming Railways Project 3 State-owned Company into a joint stock company;

- September 23, 2004: Transformed into Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND13,439,600,000 under the business registration certificate issued by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 2006: Increased the charter capital to VND15.4 billion;

- 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND21.8 billion;

- November 20, 2009: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND80 billion;
