- February 13, 1993: Ministry of Heavy Industry issued the Decision No.64/CNNg/TC on the re-establishment of South Basic Chemicals Company and subordinate units;

- July 11, 2003: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.138/2003/QD-TTg on transforming South Basic Chemicals Company into One-member Limited Company under Vietnam National Chemicals Corporation - Now Vietnam National Chemicals Group;

- August 20, 2012: Vietnam National Chemical Group issued the Decision No.243/QD-HCVN on the equitization of South Basic Chemicals Limited Company;

- July 28, 2013: Vietnam National Chemical Group issued the Decision No.248/QD-HCVN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming South Basic Chemicals Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- January 02, 2014: Transformed into South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND442 billion under the business registration certificate No.0301446260 amended for the 8th time issued by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- February 24, 2015: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- March 18, 2015: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
