- In period 1987 - 1996: The company added five more state owned enterprises including Ca Mau Agrilcultural Foods Company in Apr 1987, Town Import Export Company in Feb 1988, Feast Service Company in Apr 1990, General Materials Company in Aug 1990, and Minh Hai Television Broadcast in Jun 1996.

- 1992: Ca Mau Trading State Owned Company was set up with an initial chartered capital of VND2.51 billion.

- 2007: The company transformed to Ca Mau Trading Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND70 billion;

- 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND80.5 billion; 

- 2010: The company's shares were listed and traded on the HOSE;

- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND121 billion;

- March 31, 2021: Increased the charter capital to VND181,558,680,000;
