- May 19, 2003: To complete building Berth 1 - Chan May Port.
- December 07, 2006: Chan May Project Management Board was changed into Chan May Port according to Decision No 2789/QD-UBND of Provincial People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue.
- May 25, 2007: Chan May Port was handed over to Vinashin.
- September 28, 2007: To found Chan May Port Co., Ltd.
- October 17, 2014: To transfer the business kind into Chan May Port JSC according to Decision No 3932/QD-BGTVT.
- June 26, 2015: Chan May Port officially worked under the form of JSC.
- September 25, 2015: The company was approved to go public.
- January 19, 2016: The company's stocks were accepted to register trading on UPCoM with the ticker CMP.
- February 15, 2016: Over 30,86 million CMP stocks were officially traded for the first time on UPCoM with the closing price at the ending session of VND 10.300 per stock.
- 15 November 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND324,054,150,000.
