- Producing and trading any kinds of food grains, processed food such as soft rice noodles, instant rice soup, Chinese noodles, chili sauce and soya sauce.

- April 2004:  Colusa Miliket Foodstuff Enterprise was established through merging of Colusa Foodstuffs Enterprise and Miliket Foodstuffs Enterprise;

- 13 April 2006: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.1078/QD/ BNN-DMDN on transforming Colusa Miliket Foodstuff Enterprise into Colusa Miliket Foodstuff Joint Stock Company;

- 09 June 2006: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND15,051 per share;

- 23 August 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND48 billion under the business registration certificate No.4103005179 issued for the first time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 2012: Became a public company;

- 10 July 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
