- 2006: Transformed into Dong Anh Mechanical State-owned One-Member Limited Company under Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation - Ministry of Construction;

- March 2011: Renamed as Dong Anh Mechanical One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.98 QD/TCT-TCCB issued by Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation;

- October 02, 2014: Transformed into Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.0100106391 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- April 02, 2015: Became a public company under the document No.1552/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- May 21, 2015: Traded on the UPCOM market;
