- 04 September 1976: An Giang Provincial Mechanical Enterprise was established under the Decision No.117/QB issued by An Giang Provincial People' s Committee;

- 21 November 1992: An Giang Mechanical Enterprise was re-established under the Decree No.388/HD.BT issued by Ministerial Council through merger of District and Townlet mechanical engineering enterprises;

- 29 May 2007: Management board of Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation issued the Decision No.17/MDL–NN/QD–HÐQT on taking over An Giang  An Giang Mechanical Enterprise as a member of Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation;

- 07 December 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company;

- 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND28,577,430,000;

- 2013: Charter capital was increased to VND32,864,040,000;

- 29 January 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.724/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 17 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
