- 04 June 1959: Industrial Construction Company under Ministry of Heavy Industry was established;

- 20 May 1993: Restablished and renamed as Construction Company II under the Decision No.250/QD/TCNSÐT issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry;

- 30 July 1996: Renamed as Construction and Industrial Production Company under Vietnam Steel Corporation under the Decision No.2121/QD-TCCB issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry;

- 13 February 2007: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.281/QÐ-BCN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming  Construction and Industrial Production Company into Construction and Industrial Production Joint Stock Company;

- 31 March 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND24.45 billion;

- 2010: Became a public company;

- 23 May 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND45.45 billion;

- 27 September 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
