- 29 December 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND16 billion;

- 08 October 2010: Became a public company;

- 03 October 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND27.2 billion;

- 16 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
