- 24 October 2006: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.2944/QD-BCN on the equitization of Vietnam Ceramic Glass State-owned One-member Limited Company;

- 26 December 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND25 billion under the business registration certificate No.0301446937 issued by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 29 March 2007: Charter capital was raised up to VND50 billion;

- 23 November 2007: Became a public company;

- 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND94,999,560,000;

- 21 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
