- 28 November 1994: Transformed into Construction and Transport Enterprise under the business registration certificate No.301736 issued by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 19 November 2007: Vietnam Rubber Group issued the Decision No.1180/QD-CSVN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Construction and Transport Enterprise into a joint stock company;

- 05 March 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND16 billion under the business registration certificate No.4703000510 issued by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 07 August 2009: Became a public company;

- 26 June 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
