- 11 December 2000: Transformed into Public Works and Tourism Services Company under the Decision No. 2346/QD-UBND;

- 2010: Transformed into Hai Phong Public Works and Tourism Services Limited Company with 100% the State's capital under the Decision No.1025/QD-UBND issued by Hai Phong City People's Committee;

- 02 December 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND 20 billion;

- 23 June 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
