- March 29, 2011: Transformed into An Giang Port Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND138 billion under the business registration certificate No.1600125108 issued by An Giang Provincial People's Committee, in which An Giang Provincial People's Committee held 52.98% of the charter capital;
