- 22 December 1970: 22 Food Processing Enterprise under General Department of Logistics was established;

- 22 April 1996: Renamed as 22 Company under General Department of Logistics under the Decision No.568/QD-QP issued by Ministry of National Defence;

- 11 June 1996: 24 Enterprise under Ordnance Department was merged into 22 Company under the Decision No.78/QD-H16 issued by General Department of Logistics;

- 15 September 2003: 198 Enterprise under 20 Company was transferred to 22 Company under the Decision No.444/QD-H16 issued by General Department of Logistics;

- 01 November 2007: Put into operation under the model of  a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND35.5 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100512724 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 06 December 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.8228/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; 

- 24 May 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;
