- 26 November 1985: Plant Protection Materials Company No.1 was established;

- 18 June 1992: Transferred from Plant Protection Department to Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; 

- 24 February 2004:  Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.415/QD/BNN-TCCB on approving the equitization plan of Plant Protection Materials Company No.1; 

- 2005: Equitized and transformed into Central Plant Protection Joint Stock Company No.1 under the Decision No.3112 QD/BNN-DMDN issued by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- 05 June 2006: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with an initial charter capital of VND35 billion;

- 18 May 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND50 billion;

- 04 November 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND52.5 billion;

- 09 November 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
