- 15 December 2010: Took over Saigon - Quang Ngai Beer Factory equipped with Germany's advanced automatic production system with a capacity of 100 million litres annually and 60,000 packaged bottles per hour;

- 18 December 2013: A new packaging line came into operation with a capacity of 35,000 cans per hour;

- 2016: Fermentation tank system and energy saving system were invested to increase the capacity of the factory up to 130 million litres of beer per year;

- 28 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
