- 30 May 2007: Sai Gon - Phu Tho Beer Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND125 billion under the business registration certificate No.180300511 issued for the first time by Phu Tho Department of Planning and Investment;

- August 2010: Sai Gon - Phu Tho Beer Plant with a production capacity of 50 million liters per year came into operation;

- 21 April 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.2065/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 10 August 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
