- 20 December 2006: Sai Gon - Song Lam Beer Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND250 billion under the business registration certificate No.2703001077 issued by Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 December 2007: Construction of Sai Gon - Song Lam Beer Factory was commenced in Ru Muou area under Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district and Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province;

- 07 January 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND450 billion;

- 13 July 2009: Sai Gon - Song Lam Beer Plant was officially constructed;

- 12 August 2010: Sai Gon - Song Lam Beer Plant was put into operation;

- 12 June 2014: Became a public company under the Document No.3539/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 16 June 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
