- 1994: Renamed as Dong Xuan Alcohol Company under the Decision No.54/QDUB issued by Vinh Phu Provincial People's Committee;

- 30 December 2005: Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision NO.3671/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Dong Xuan Alcohol Company into Sai Gon - Dong Xuan Beer Alcohol Joint Stock Company;

- 22 March 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND30 billion;

- 19 January 2007: Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.113/QD-UBND on transferring the capital held by the State in Sai Gon - Dong Xuan Beer Alcohol Joint Stock Company to Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation for its management;

- 22 October 2008: Became a public company;

- 28 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
