- 11 June 1994: Ba Ria Rubber Company was established under the Decision No.362/QD/TCCB/NN issuded by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- 2009: Implemented the rubber development project in Cambodia with a total investment of nearly VND600 billion (equivalent to U$D35 million) while joining capital in Vietnam-Laos Rubber Company, Lai Chau Rubber Joint Stock Company, Rubber Joint Stock Company No.2;

- 01 January 2010:Transformed into Ba Ria Rubber Company Limited;

- 31 December 2015: Vietnam Rubber Group issued the Decision No.485/QD-HDTVCSVN on approving the plan of equitizing Ba Ria Rubber Company Limited;

- 11 March 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) at average winning bid of VND12,616 per share;

- 28 April 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,125 billion under the business registration certificate No.3500103432 amended for the eighth time by Ba Ria Vung Tau Department of Planning and Investment;

- 30 June 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.4023/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 16 June 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
