- December 05, 1992: Handmade Packages Manufacturing Workshop was established under the Decision No.1020 XMBS/TCLD issued by the Director of Bim Son Cement Plant (Now Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company);

- August 27, 1994: Minister of Construction issued the Decision No.367 BXD/KH-DT approving the estimate for construction of PP Package Manufacturing Workshop under Bim Son Cement Company with a capacity of 20 million packages per year and a total investment of over VND60 billion;

- May 26, 1995: Put into operation;

- January 08, 1999: Transformed into Bim Son Cement Packaging Joint Stock Company under the Decision No.04/1999/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister;

- July 01, 1999: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND38 billion;

- March 08, 2002: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- April 11, 2002: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- June 08, 2009: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
