- 17 January 1997: Bac Ninh Clean Water JSC formerly known as Bac Ninh Water Supply and Sewerage Company was established with a charter capital of VND9,778,659,000 under the Decision No.12/UB issued by Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee;

- 11 December 2006: Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.1063/QD-UBND on transforming Bac Ninh Water Supply and Sewerage Company into Bac Ninh Water Supply and Sewerage Company Limited;

- 29 December 2006: Put into operation under the model of a one-member limited company with a charter capital of VND107,184,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.2300108311 issued for the first time by Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 20 April 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND145,793,325,543; 

- 03 May 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company with a charter capital of VND375,493,910,000 under the business registration certificate No.2300108311 amended for the third time by Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 18 July 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.5023/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 28 December 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
