- July 23, 2012: Bao Ngoc Akito Investment Production Corporation was established with an initial charter capital of VND20 billion under the business registration certificate No.0105950129 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- June 20, 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND26 billion;

- July 19, 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND50 billion;

- 2017: Renamed as Bao Ngoc Investment Production Corporation and relocated its Plant to Di Tr?ch Industrial Cluster wtih a scale of over 4,000 m2;

- February 22, 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND80 billion;

- May 24, 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.3284/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
