- 05 September 1992: Re-established and renamed as Dong Nai Building Material and Fuel under the Decision No.1152/QD-UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 06 January 2004: Transformed into Dong Nai Building Material and Fuel Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND10.4 billion under the business registration certificate No.3600661303 issued for the first time by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 27 May 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND13 billion;

- 24 February 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND20,798 billion;

- 07 March 2018: Became a public company;

- 16 April 2018: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- July 16, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND41.596 billion;
