- 1995: Became a member of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation;

- 2005: Transformed into Binh Dinh Food Limited Company;

- 07 November 2007: Vietnam Southern Food Corporation issued the Decision No.187/QD-HÐQT on the equitization of Binh Dinh Food Limited Company;

- 04 January 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND20 billion;

- 04 May 2009: Became a public company;

- 18 January 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND40 billion;

- 10 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
