- 27 February 2001: Vaccines and Biological Products Company No.2 under Institute of Vaccine and Medical Biologicals was established under the Decision No.603/2001/QD-BYT issued by Ministry of Health;

- 09 January 2009: Ministry of Health issued the Decision No.72/QD-BYT on separating Vaccines and Biological Products Company No.2 from Institute of Vaccine and Medical Biologicals to become a State-owned enterprise as an independent accounting unit under Ministry of Health;

- 13 July 2011: Ministry of Health issued the Decision No.2329/QD-BYT on transforming Vaccines and Biological Products Company No.2 into Nha Trang Vaccines and Biological Products One-member Limited Company;

- 06 November 2015: Ministry of Health issued the Decision No.4735/QD-BYT on approving the equitization plan of Nha Trang Vaccines and Biological Products One-member Limited Company;

- 16 March 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 01 September 2016: Transformed into Nha Trang Vaccines and Biological Products Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND34.62 billion under the business registration certificate No.4200451832 issued for the first time by Khanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment ;

- 17 May 2017: Charter capital was raised to VND85.62 billion;

- 14 September 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6193/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 30 August 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
