- 1890: Hommel Beer Factory was developed by French colonist;
- 1957: Hommel Beer Factory was re-established and renamed as Hanoi Beer Factory;
- 15 August 1958: The first beer bottle of Vietnam with brand "Truc Bach" was produced;
- 1993: Transformed into Hanoi Beer Company with its production capacity raised up to 50 million liters per year;
- 2001: Its production capacity was raised up to 100 million liters per year;
- 06 May 2003: Hanoi Beer Alcohol And Beverage Joint Stock Corporation was established through restructuring Hanoi Beer Company under the Decision No.75/2003/QD-BCN issued by Minister of Industry;
- 16 June 2008: Started to operate under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND2,318 billion;
- 2010: Completed the construction of Beer Factory with a capacity of 200 million liters per year in Me Linh district, Hanoi;
- 28 October 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- 11 January 2017: Cancelled the transaction registration on the UPCOM market;
- 30 December 2016: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 19 January 2017: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
