- 09 May 1975: 773 Regiment took over the plantation under the name as Bien Ho Tea Farm;
- 17 September 1975: Handed over to Ministry of Food - Foodstuff;
- 07 March 1980: Ministry of Food - Foodstuff issued the Decision No.1005 on the establishment of Bien Ho Tea Enterprise under the Vietnam Association of Tea Enterprises;
- 14 July 1980: Handed over to Ministry of National Defence;
- 01 July 1988: Handed over to Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee - Kon Tum under the Decision No.201/CP issued by the chairman of the Miniterial Council;
- 22 December 1992: Re-established Bien Ho Tea Enterprise under the Decision No.51/QD-UB-TLL issued by Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee;
- 01 March 2007: Renamed as Bien Ho Tea Company under the Decision No.16/QD-UB issued by Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee;
- 01 September 2010: Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.595/QD-UBND on the approval of transforming Bien Ho Tea Company into Bien Ho Tea Limited Company;
- 13 September 2018: Transformed into Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company;
- 30 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
