- 24 February 2005: Construction of Bac Ha Hydropower Project was commenced;

- 18 February 2008: Bac Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND600 billion under the business registration certificate No.1203000132 issued by Lao Cai Department of Planning and Investment;

- June 2012: Generating Unit No.1 started to generate commercial electricity;

- September 2012: Generating Unit No.2 started to generate commercial electricity;

- 19 March 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND650 billion;

- July 2016: Officially participated in competitive power market;

- November 2016: Settled the final payment of Bac Ha Hydropower Project;

- 23 May 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.2856/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 02 August 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- 07 March 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND660 billion;
