- 18 October 1976: Construction Team No.76 under Ha Bac Provincial Construction Company was established;

- 1978: Ha Bac Power and Water Enterprise was established on the separation of Construction Team No.76 for its independent operation

- 1993: Ha Bac Power and Water Enterprise was transformed into Ha Bac Water Supply and Drainage Company;

- 1997: Ha Bac Water Supply and Drainage Company was divided into  tách thành Bac Giang Water Supply and Drainage Company and Bac Ninh Water Supply and Drainage Company;

- June 2005: Bac Giang Water Supply and Drainage Company was transformed into Bac Giang Water Supply and Drainage One-Member Co.,Ltd;

- March 2014: Doi Ngo Water Supply Enterprise in Luc Ngan district was established;

- 29 June 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO)  was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10.000 per share; 

- 01 July 2015: Transformed into Bac Giang Clean Water Joint Stock Company;

- 09 March 2017: Became a public company under the Document No. 1217/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 31 October 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
