- 09 February 1992: DongThap Building Materials & Construction Company was established under the Decision No.131/QD-TL issued by Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee;

- 25 June 2007: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.80/QÐ-UBND-TL on approving the plan of transforming and putting DongThap Building Materials & Construction Company in the operation under the model of parent company -  subsidiary;

- 2009: Two subsidiaries of the Company, which are Dong Thap BMC Transport JSC and Dong Thap BMC Construction and Design Consultancy JSC, were equitized;

- 2010: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.79/QD-UBND-TL on transforming DongThap Building Materials & Construction Company into Dong Thap Building Materials and Construction One-Member Limited Company;

- 01 August 2016: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.880/QD-UBND-HC on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Dong Thap Building Materials and Construction One-Member Limited Company into DongThap Building Materials & Construction Joint Stock Company;

- 06 September 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,152 per share;

- 07 November 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND386 billion;

- 24 February 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.986/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 06 September 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
