- 07 February 1998: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.148/QD-BQP on the establishment of 397 Enterprise under Dong Bac Company - General Department of National Defense Industry;

- 24 August 2010: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.3138/QD-BQP on the approval of transforming 397 Enterprise into 397 Limited Company under Dong Bac Corporation - Ministry of National Defence;

- 26 October 2018: Inital Public Offering (IPO) was launched at an average winning bid of VND10,100 per share;

- 10 April 2018: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND50 billion under the business registration certificate No.5701435907 amended for the 4th time by Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 26 July 2018: Became a public company;

- 29 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
