- The main business: Manufacturing and trading medical cotton products, other products that are made from medical cotton, medical euipments.

- Other small businesses: letting ground , sterilizing, selling scrap.

- 1960: Cobovina Bach Tuyet Factory was established;

- 1975: The factory was nationalized;

- 1979: Renamed as Bach Tuyet Cotton State-owned Enterprise;

- 1992: Renamed as Bach Tuyet Cotton Company;

- 1997: Equitized and operated as a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND11.4 billion, in which the State holds 30% stake;

- 2003: Increased the charter capital to VND68.4 billion;

- 2004: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 2009: Delisted from HOSE;

- June 12th, 2018: Registers shares on UPCoM;

- September 28, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND98 billion.
