- 24 February 2004: Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company was established with actually contributed capital of VND59.3 billion under the business registration certificate No.4703000095 issued by Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment;

- 24 November 2006: Bau Xeo Industrial Park was established under the Decision No.1944/TTg-CN issued by the Prime Minister;

- 29 December 2006: Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority issued the investment certificate No.47221000042 on approving the execution of the project in investing and trading infrastructure of Bau Xeo Industrial Park with a total planned area of 499.8657ha and an investment of  VND670 billion;

- 04 October 2007: Became a public company;

- 31 December 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND65.6 billion;

- 28 December 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND82 billion;

- 24 March 2017: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
