•        Base of review: Annual General Mandate 2024 and Official Dispatch No. 02/NQ-XLDKTH-DHDCD dated September 29, 2024 and Dispatch No.65/XLDKTH-TCHC dated October 01, 2024 of the company
•        Effective date: October 14, 2024
•        Reason: The Company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024
•      Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Notice of stock status
On October 08, 2024, HNX announces the status of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company’s shares (Upcom: PVH) as follows:
- PVH shares are out of alert from October 14, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 according to Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- PVH shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.1061/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024 due to the reason(s) because the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed in Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
