* Stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 1075/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SPI
- Effective date: 09/10/2024
- Reason: Undistributed Profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 was negative.
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1000/QD-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 of HNX.

- Effective date: 09/10/2024
- Reason: the Company has their submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 delayed over 30 days from the deadline
- Other reason: Profit after tax 2022 and 2023 was negative 
- Applicable law(s): Point b, g Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.256/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2024 of HNX.

-  SPI shares are under supervision under Decision No. 1076/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 as the Company has their submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 delayed over 30 days from the deadline; and Profit after tax 2022 and 2023 was negative
