* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 955/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2024, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TKG
- Effective date: 09/09/2024
- Reason: The Company had its Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 delayed for submission over 15 days from the deadline
- Other reasons: The Company infringed on information disclosure over 4 times in a certain year and failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2024 over 6 months from the end of the fiscal year
- Applicable law(s): Points d, g and h Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 04/09/2024, HNX announces the status of Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Printing Joint Stock Company (stock code: TKG) as follows:
-  TKG shares are under alert according to Decision No. 955/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2024 as the Company had their Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 delayed for submission over 15 days from the deadline of information disclosure; failed to convene the AGM 2024 over 6 months from the end of the fiscal year and infringed on information disclosure obligations over 4 times per year;
-  TKG shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 930/QD-SGDHN dated 23/08/2024 as the Company kept violating information disclosure obligations after being put under trading restriction, specifically was late in submitting the Q2 Financial Statements 2024 and Semi-annual Corporate Governance Report.
